In the heart of the Rhineland chemical region

Founded in 2001, KCG Knapsack Cargo GmbH operates the public container terminal at the Chemical Park Knapsack. The terminal has been continuously expanded in line with demand, most recently in 2016 with the addition of a hazardous materials storage facility for containers with a capacity of 150 TEU. This hazardous materials storage facility is equipped with state-of-the-art safety technology.

The company is managed by two managing directors, Rainer Schillinger (YNCORIS) and Oliver Grossmann (CTS). In addition to enterprises from the chemical park, customers also include companies from industry and the consumer goods sector in the region.
